Antigone Trial Feedback

Overall I thought the Antigone Trial was a great success. Judging by the audience's reactions to the trial, I would say they were thoroughly entertained by the court case. There are two main things that I would change for next time. Firstly, I would allow both sides to have more objections. This would give the side that prepared better an upper hand because they would be able to strike down fallacies in their opponents' arguments, as well as adding more high points to the trial. Also, I would allow both the prosecution and the defense to add as many new questions as they wanted to the trial, because this would force the witnesses to think on their feet. As a witness, I didn't feel like I was all that challenged with the questions during the actual trial, because I knew what was coming to me based off of the rehearsal.

"But glory and praise go with you, lady, to your resting-place" (149).
As we see the story progress, we see the chorus change from honoring Creon to honoring Antigone. Do you think that us as readers are supposed to feel what the Chorus is feeling?

"If Creon hears this from another man, your head's as good as off" (132)

Do the citizens of Thebes really respect Creon? Are they more fearful of him?

ENTJ

Acording to the Myers-Briggs Test. I am an ENTJ!

Here are some things that describe an ENTJ:

“This ability may be expressed as salesmanship, story-telling facility or stand-up comedy.”
·          I agree with this statement. I love to talk and talk, whether it is just a regular conversation or whether it is to get a task done.

“ENTJ’s like to be in charge”
·         I agree. If there is a group project that needs to get done and is in my area of expertise, I generally like to oversee the project and make sure all the work gets done.

“Their objective, business like, confident and at times bossy conversation style can be upsetting to people of a more feeling type…”

·           I feel like that’s the most difficult part about conversations I have. I like to get to the point, but sometimes I can come across as disrespectful to others when I converse with them like that.
“When challenged, the ENTJ by reflex may become argumentative”
·       I disagree with this. I feel like I tend to be understanding of people whose ideas conflict with my own. (Most of the time anyway)
